หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Receive RFQs from customers and prepare quotations.
• Negotiate and coordinate pricing, terms and conditions, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor delivery schedules for both suppliers and customers.
• Act as the main point of contact (Customer Window).
• Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Purchasing, Suppliers, and other relevant departments.
• Follow up on and resolve issues arising during the ordering and delivery processes.
• Prepare and maintain sales-related data using Excel.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male/Female, aged under 35 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Sales Coordinator, Customer Service, or related positions within the manufacturing (MFG) business.
• Experience in preparing quotations and coordinating delivery processes.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
