Sr.FF&E Designer (Interior Project)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Negotiate to team (Material Selection, Furniture Selection and Equipment and etc.)
• Communicate project status to Design Director
• Attend site meetings and assist in the process of reviewing the project
• Designing and sourcing FF&E from concept through to finished details
• Liaising with contractors and suppliers in order to ensure FF&E is delivered on time and on budget
• Liaising with design and purchasing teams to ensure FF&E is in line with client expectations and to budget
• Building relationships with suppliers and contractor
• Participate in the establishment and maintenance of FF&E design standards for the company
• Finding new and explore trends that may influence FF&E design scheme
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
• Assisting with relevant social media and marketing task

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Over 4 years experience on FF&E position Talent communication and negotiate skill
• Ability to establish logical action plans to complete work and provide technically sound solutions within deadline and budget constraints
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop, AutoCAD, InDesign and/or equal program for the production of drawings, mood boards and presentation material Presentation skills
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline orientated environment
• Exceptional customer-focus with an emphasis on quality
• Strong ability to resolve issues utilising sound judgement and reasoning skills
• Professional ethical and committed to excellence in communications Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other co-workers, suppliers or business units
• Assertive and motivated to generate results
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and resolving problems utilising sound judgement and reasoning skills
• Exceptional time management skills
• Ability to employ creative and innovative thought processes
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable and be able to work on more than one project at once
