หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan and execute Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives aligned with overall marketing campaigns to drive footfall, sales uplift, and brand awareness.
• Identify high-potential store locations and design tailored local promotions and activations
• Plan and execute offline activations such as sampling, roadshows, events, and in-store activities.
• Set up and manage POS and delivery platform systems to support marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth execution at store level
• Source and manage external vendors and local suppliers.
• Manage LSM budget efficiently with a clear ROI mindset.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance across POS and delivery channels
• Track campaign performance by store and prepare performance reports.
• Propose actionable solutions and improvement plans based on data insights.
• Initiate and manage partnerships with brands, landlords, and local communities.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or related fields
• 4–7 years of experience in Local Store Marketing
• Experience in QSR, Restaurant, F&B or Retail is preferred
• Strong understanding of store operations and on-ground execution
• Hands-on experience working with POS and delivery platforms
• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility to support urgent business needs
• Positive can-do attitude with strong ownership mindset
