Executive, Quality Assurance (QA - R&D)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assess supplier capabilities in terms of Food Safety and technology capability from OPS or QA -OPS
• Monitor ingredient quality regularly and investigate complaint ingredients.
• Action and communication of all food safety & quality issues to all involved.
• Up-date ingredient specifications and proper documentation in the specification library.
• Continue learning new technology and up-date know-how.
• Work cross-functionally to deliver excellent products to customers.
• Audit Suppliers according to the RBI Food Safety Audit Guideline.
• Providing the appropriate procedure and ingredient information for the Operation Manual.
• Assure new ingredients comply with approved specifications.
• Ingredients quality improvement to satisfy quality issues or cost saving.
• Commercialized Localization and Improvement
• Work cross-functionally to deliver excellent products to customers.
• Achieve department expectation
• Involve in new product development, testing and present new product approval.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Up-date ingredient specifications and proper documentation in the specification library and RBI approval process.
• Audit Suppliers according to the RBI Food Safety Audit Guideline
• Providing the appropriate procedure and ingredient information for the Operation Manual via PIF and SPEQ process
• Register ingredient (SPEQ) & PIF

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Good understanding of Food Safety, Food Law, Food Standard, Culinary knowledge, Bakery knowledge, Mixology knowledge.
