หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing strategies and plans aligned with Paddio's business objectives.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events to increase customer traffic and brand awareness.
• Set marketing goals, KPIs, and action plans, and monitor performance to ensure business targets are achieved.
• Manage relationships and coordinate with marketing agencies, media agencies, creative agencies, and other external vendors.
• Prepare marketing briefs, define project scope, and ensure all projects are delivered on time.
• Review and approve creative materials, marketing content, and campaign deliverables to ensure brand consistency and quality.
• Evaluate agency performance and provide feedback to continuously improve effectiveness.
• Plan, review, and approve content calendars and marketing communications across both online and offline channels.
• Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the company's brand identity.
• Oversee marketing activities across social media, website, digital advertising, and other communication channels.
• Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns and promotional activities with tenants.
• Coordinate events, promotions, and customer engagement activities to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.
• Monitor marketing expenses to ensure effective budget utilization.
• Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
• Manage multiple marketing projects and ensure timely execution according to the approved plan.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, and business partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Identify potential risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure project objectives are successfully achieved.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in Community Mall, Retail, Shopping Mall, Lifestyle Business, or Real Estate is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating with marketing agencies, media agencies, creative agencies, and external vendors.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing, and Marketing Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic marketing recommendations.
• Excellent planning, project management, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently as an individual contributor while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented, with the ability to drive marketing initiatives from planning through execution.
