Safety Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibility for safety activities of the company in order to comply with safety laws and regulations, safety standards by doing periodic audits, making recommendations for improvement, planning and evaluation of the related operation process and activities
• Ensure compliance with safety policy, targets and action plans which are regulated in the office
• Training and coaching about safety as plans
• Monitor and safety inspection
• Submit necessary documents and submit them to government
• Prepare safety board to PR and cultivate awareness
• Proceed with risk assessments and prepare for potential hazard and incident
• Proceed with safety analysis and accident investigation
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
• Thorough understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to fostering a safe work environment
