Responsibilities: • Ensure reliable and safe manufacturing process. • Develop, analyzes and manages Manufacturing projects. • Provide engineering support to production to achieve target • Continuous improvement on processes efficiency; bottleneck analysis, Cycle Time improvement, line balancing and layout optimization • Support production to improve product quality, root cause analysis, quality control improvement as well as preventive actions • Actively engage in Kaizen and costs reduction activities • Maintenance process, Tooling, Facility and Utilities. • Preventive maintenance and repair for Electronic Machine in factory. • Preparation of specifications, proposals, and other documentation and report. • TPM activity for maintenance of achieve company target • Energy saving activity

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronic or related field • At least 2 Year experience as a Manufacturing/Process engineer • Good knowledge and experience in the application of industrial engineering tools. • Has experience working in an ISO9001/TS 16949 systems. • Good computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, PLC Program, etc.) • Product Knowledge of HVAC, Compressor
