หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Handles incoming customer calls, email, and text with professional manners. • Providing information for customer needs. • Responsible for updating all customer complaints monthly. • Prepares for customer service's shift schedule, User Acceptance Test (UAT), content wording, content URL weekly. • Having a good coordination with Business Team and IT Team. • Able to work in under pressure, teamwork spirit, willing to work in shift.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Required language(s): English • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent. • Service oriented personality • Has worked in similar Content Provider or IT Industry (Fresh graduated are welcome). • Candidates must have at least high school in any field • Max 28 years old
