หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Manage transportation estimated value of 515 MM THB. both plant Rayong & Saraburi to ensure that products are transported according to plan to destination DCs / Customers with high service level with optimize costs. - Manage Transportation network delivery on time all shipment to ensure AOP strategy 176.6 MM8oz objectives are achieved. - Manage Third Party Logistic (3PL) to ensure product on-time delivery and achieved deliver all KPIs (Service Level 98.5%, On-time delivery to customer 99.0%) with the minimum defect and return. Work closely with 3PL, CSE and customer on logistics solutions and provide smart directions to solve the delivery issue. - Manage fleets sufficiency with sales demand, operational safety that Peak season 4,700 shipment/ month and average 3,000 shipments/ month by manage delivery schedules with completed orders then generate analyst report to ensure SPBT logistics performance is meet with KPI. - Manage Transportation network analysis and manage SKU network optimization program both plant Rayong and Saraburi by aligning with WH, CSE and 3PLS schedule delivery product to the right destination, right SKU and to ensure accurate transportation and logistics cost with optimization. - Support SPBT in strategic transport planning to ensure Move productivity objectives 14 .6 MM THB. are achieved as AOP. By managing backhaul customer (Makro, Tesco, Big C, Tops, Jiffy, Siam water, Raw material customer, Direct to store of Makro) to ensure all shipment delivery at the right time - Support SPBT business growth in strategic transport planning by work with Co-Manu project team, Siam water team, New regional DC team, Sale team to gather transportation scope., Responsible to a full cycle from sales, demand planning, Finance and warehousing to final onboarding project for the customer. service expectation of New customer. - Work closely with 3PL, CSE, customer and corporate with cross-function in the special project concerned with Supply Chain example Network optimization, Rail Mode to Khonkan, New backhaul customer. - Control Risk Factor all scope of 3PL, Control tower planning, Transport operation both Rayong and Saraburi plant, warehouse that impact to shipment outbound delivery and contractor with take the problem-solving solution and escalate to management level. - Work closely with the warehouse team to support Existing DC in transport planning delivery and New DC development with smart solution delivery both performance and quality.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor or Master’s Degree in logistics/supply chain /transportation prefer to graduate in Transportation Engineer, Logistics, Distribution Management. - +5 years experiences with 4 years proven experiences in transportation, prefer in FMGC or retails business. -Flexibility and able to work under uncertain situation and high pressure. - Understand the overview of logistics model especially transportation and networking. - Proven strong 3PL management and analytical & problem-solving skills.
