Salary (Baht) : 20,000 - 25,000

Holiday : Sunday

Working hours : 08:30 - 18:30

Other work : Saturdays, 2 days off per month.

Responsible

• Handle incoming calls and provide information about services, repairs, and spare parts
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner
• Coordinate with technicians and other departments to ensure smooth customer service operations
• Record customer interactions and maintain accurate service logs
• Follow up on customer service cases and ensure timely resolution
• Provide support via phone, email, and chat in both Thai and English
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
