หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Logistics Services Working to achieve cost reduction target by 10% per quarter Sourcing and providing cost to sales team according to customer target within timeline Working closely with sales team on cost side to win customer bids and new projects Design business solutions to manage cost efficiency through new business solution to drive cost down to achiveve target according to customer requirement Developing new service solutions by defining cost strcuture, business solution, supplier selection and implementation plan
• Supplier Management Recruiting new suppliers according to customer requirements Managing company suppliers' bidding management to achieve the best cost for each logistics services Working closely with operation team to manage supplier performance to achieve KPI and customer satisfaction level Negotiate cost, commercial and business terms to align with customer requiremetns Manage supplier contracts according to project requirements
• Management Reporting : Management Update Meeting (bi-weekly / every 2 weeks) -Purpose: Bring in core team to update progress of every projects/ workstreams
• Cross functional team meeting (monthly) -To present and make decision on updated process flow with operation team. We will raise unresolved issues and make decision in this meeting.
• Monthly/ Quarterly Reports: - Supplier KPI Review from operation team - Organize performance review with key suppliers - Cost & business solution meeting with sales team - Cost Reporting: analyze cost by projects/ by service types and present cost reduction target performance
