IVVQ Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Main Activities / Tasks: Implementation, Integration, Troubleshooting Thai eP applications. Defines and executes test cases rigorously according to the specifications : • if applicable, is capable to replace a IVVQ Manager for ‘small’ projects by sending the full Test progress and metrics, risk and alerts to the Project Leader/Manager. • Implementation, Integration of Thai eP applications (both backend and front end) and ensure its functionalities, availability meet customer requirement • Troubleshooting on Thai eP applications issue and provide feedback to development team • Develops some scripts if needed to optimize IVVQ execution. • You report test metrics/results and provide appropriate status updates to the project team and stakeholders • Performs manual and automated tests if needed. • Writes and executes the end-to-end validation test plan using JIRA according to the strategy and specifications. • Helps to prepare the Acceptance Test Plan (ATP) • Executes the Acceptance Tests with customers • Interfaces with the customer to secure the project quality during User Acceptance Test phases. • Follows the Thales DIS process and best practices, defined by the QA Leader. • Implements-applies a test strategy done by an IVVQ Manager or reuse/adapt an existing test strategy. • Works closely with the IVVQ Manager. • Identify, record, thoroughly document/track all software defects (bugs) and work with team members to support and help identify root cause. • You are vigilant about the quality of the delivery, pushing development team when needed 2.Knowledge and skills • Have basic knowledge of networking: Web Application Firewall, proxy, and load balancer • Possess knowledge of communication protocols (i.e. HTTP/HTTPS, REST, SOAP, FTP/SFTP, Sockets, TCP/IP) • Possess knowledge of Web Servers and Application Servers • Possess knowledge of Database Server (Oracle and MySQL) 3. Experience • Experience in integration of large software applications • Possess a systems engineering background • Have advanced level Linux and Windows Server user experience • Experienced in troubleshoot multiple concurrence processes
