Facility-Building Technician-Assistant Site Manager (Southern Area)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Lead & Support all facilities issues. • Having good knowledge (including design) about the electrical diagram (EE diagram) in the passport office. • Having good knowledge and good ability to solve the problem related to the electrical system (Including coordinating and taking action to resolve the problem). • Ensuring that basic facilities, such as the electrical system, water and air-conditioning, are well-maintained. • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards. • Supervising multi teams of staff including cleaning staff, maintenance staff, grounds staff and security staff. • Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments. • Overseeing and coordinating with a 3rd party vendor for all facilities activities & projects. • Monitoring and managing inventory of all office supplies in the passport office.
