IT Infrastructure Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Main Activities / Tasks: Implementation, Integration, Troubleshooting the infrastructure of the Thai eP systems: • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies • Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks • Participate in the design of information and operational support systems • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Knowledge and skills • Have advance knowledge of networking: Web Application Firewall, proxy, and load balancer • Possess knowledge of virtualization/container technology (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes) • Possess knowledge of Active Directory Server (Microsoft AD) • Possess knowledge of Multi-Domain Management Education, qualifications, and special training • Bachelor degree in IT or computer engineering • MCSE or equivalent Windows Server administration certification • Any one of Linux+, LPIC, RHCE, Oracle Linux Certification, LFCS or equivalent Linux Server administration certification • Able to communicate in English fluently
