Production Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Monitor the day-to-day production volume and quality of output and adjust task, timing, equipment set-up or inputs so that production KPIs are met and resources are used efficiently. • Supervise the production teams to ensure that all assigned task are completely done and met the operational standard. • Supervise the production teams to ensure that all production tasks are performed, and process and equipment are safely operated. • Maintain the accurate daily production records for the team so that manufacturing performance can be tracked smoothly.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• > Education: Preferably Bachelor Degree in Electronic/Mechanical/Automation/Manufacturing or any other related field. > Experience Level: Minimum 3 years working experience in Production Management. > Competences: Technical skills:  Production Management  Basic Computer / IT skill.  Communication skill.  Speaking and writing in English.  Speaking and writing in Thai. Behavioral skills:  Leadership  Decision making  Self-motivated.  Ability to work under pressure  Team spirit.  Anticipation.
