หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description • Design effective budget models for departments and the entire company • Analyze financial information (e.g. investment, promotion of retail business) to ensure all operations are within budget • Set strategies and planning of investment goals • Manage budget of expense and review budget requests for approval and forecast future budget needs • Make weekly sales report for sales department • Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period • Review the company’s budget for compliance with legal regulations • Ensure management budget submission deadlines • Design and implement effective budgeting policies and procedures • Presenting annual budgets to management Qualifications : • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business administration retail business management or relevant field • Proven work experience as retail business at least 5 – 7 years • Hands-on experience with budget analyst and financial control at least 5 – 7 years • Knowledge of MS Excel (specifically, advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts and financial model) • Familiarity with forecasting methods and data analysis • Excellent numeracy skills with an attention to detail • Strong analytical skills • Knowledge of accounting best practices and regulations • Ability to explain budgeting and financial information in plain terms
