Software Project Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines for software development projects Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Coordinate with technical leads to allocate resources and set priorities Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report regularly to stakeholders Managing changes to project scope and schedule, while ensuring proper documentation and communication in a multicultural team with diverse languages Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within project teams Identify and resolve project-related issues and conflicts

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Proven experience (5+ years) as a Software Project Manager or similar role In-depth understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Fluency in English language is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Familiarity with software development tools and project management software
