• Respond to user inquiries and helpdesk tickets, offering technical support and assistance with troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems on end-user devices Establish and mange user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems and applications Aid in the deployment and upkeep of IT infrastructure, encompassing servers, routers, switches, other network devices, and cloud infrastructure Collaborate with IT team members to implement security measures, ensuring data protection and maintaining system integrity Provide education to end-users on IT best practices, guidelines, and company policies Conduct routine system maintenance and updates to ensure the hardware and software remain current and secure Monitor network performance and identify connectivity issues, reporting findings to the MIS Team Offer assistance for audiovisual equipment during meetings and presentations Document technical issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for future reference purposes Assist in asset management by tracking hardware and software inventory, as well as managing IT-related documentation Stay updated on technology trends and advancements, suggesting enhancements to improve IT support services Engage in IT projects and initiatives as necessary, playing a role in the successful implementation and integration of new technologies

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field Proven experience (2+ years) as an IT Support Specialist or a similar role Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in a Windows/Mac environment Knowledge of common business software applications and office productivity tools Familiarity with Active Directory, users account management and permission settings Knowledge of Cloud management solutions like Azure, AWS, and G-Suites is a plus Comprehension of network protocols, LAN/WAN/VPN/IP Telephony, network troubleshooting, and management of Internet services such as WEB Server, DNS Server, SSL Certificates, and related technologies Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet service level agreements (SLAs) Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies and IT practices Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically and analytically Knowledge of IT security best practices and data privacy regulations is a plus
