Assistant Oversea Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Communicate via weekly situation reports to field projects and expeditions - Ensure that all communications are recorded effectively - Monitor projects through reporting system and advise or enforce change as necessary - Oversee staff's procedure, ensure projects are smoothly run. - Cooperate with oversea agents; update prices and services. - Manage bookings and arrange processes for projects in charges. - Research, develop and contact potential new country and project locations and contact associated collaborators and produce comprehensive report of findings - Write promotional material for the website, press releases, articles and donor agencies (in conjunction with the marketing manager) - Any other tasks as required by the Managing Director.
