System Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job description: - Manage and analyze business requirements into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops and formulation of an overall solution design, modelling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met. - Hands-on business analysis role to analyze and propose solutions for business issues, process changes and functional requirements. - Process discussion with clients and map out the job flow and requirement according to our existing product - Analyzing and translating user requirements into IT requirement specification for development team. - Works closely with IT Development team and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and meet user satisfaction as well as system improvements.. - Build up and monitor all staff concerning the project to ensure its timeliness

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree and experience in IT or project management with 3 years experience. - Experience in workflow approval / job floor / eCommerce platform product preferred. - Experience in process mapping and value stream mapping is required - Experience in IT development with Java Programming preferred - Good command in English in both written and spoken, can speak Chinese will be advantage. - Having service-minded and able to work in a team. Pro-active and positive attitude. - Able to work under pressure and willing to learn in a fast-moving environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel.
