Continous Improvement Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Key Objectives - Ensuring optimum manufacturing methods are implemented for efficient production. - Ensuring the manufacturing process is controlled through data gathering. - Ensuring all processes are working to a minimum of 95% efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Establishing procedures for production process control and analysis. 2. Being responsible for the best practice method for each line and applying to other businesses. 3. Developing procedures to reduce process and material waste in the manufacturing process. 4. Working closely with Production Line to ensure that most efficient manufacturing systems are implemented. 5. Working closely with Product Line to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective methods of construction are identified during the development stage. 6. Calculating the capacity line and increase output to a minimum of 95% efficiency.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Age 35 years up Thai nationality only 2. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering. 3. At least 5 years of experience in product improvement engineer or process improvement engineer. 4. Strong leadership and teamwork skills and strong organizational skills. 5. Good communicator and works well in a team environment. 6. Motivated to achieve results.
