1.Conducts business requirements and organize workshops 2.Review the business blueprint 3.Review the technical requirements 4.Develop by Chain process step such as Blueprint, Config, Unit, Integration and Regression testing 5.Review and ensure all deliverable such as documentation for configuration, enhancements, test scripts, end user manuals and training courses 6.Works on Digital platform concept, development and implementation 7.Performs Go live and post go-live support 8.Analyzes incidents raised by users and provides solutions 9.Provide mentoring and knowledge sharing to colleagues
