Help Desk Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Provide in-house expertise and desktop technical support to end-users. - Install, maintain and support company's desktop, laptop, telephone, copier/printer, and other workstation devices. - Investigate and troubleshoot issues and escalates as needed. - Perform medium complexity workstation software/hardware troubleshooting, patches, and re-installations in accordance to established SLAs. - Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related fields - Basic knowledge both of back-end and font-end programming - Require experience in Agile, Kanban or Scrum - Good command of project management tool such as Jira - Good command of English (interview will be in English)
