• 1. Find franchisees ・Make a promotion plan to find FC candidates ・Create and place ads to find FC candidates ・Screen FC candidates ・Make a FC agreement 2. Support new franchisees ・Give advice and consultation regarding to the centre operation, instruction, promotion and paper works ・Suggest a promotion plan to get new members and build our brand awareness ・Make sure franchisees comply with our philosophy and rules 3. Conduct trainings ・Create documents for trainings ・Manage and facilitate trainings 4. Find members ・Make a promotion plan to get new members ・Let all franchisees execute promotion in compliance with our plan 5. Paperwork / Registration ・Digitalize information ・Register information ・Translate and localize materials ・Telephoning 6. Others ・Help colleagues do their task

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Female age 22 - 35 years old. • Bachelor degree in any field. • Working experience in education, sales and marketing are advantage. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required TOEIC score at least 800) and Thai. • English (Business level), Thai (Native level) • Passionate about education and working with children for their future. • Road Warrior. Ability to travel extensively locally/regionally out of Bangkok • Computer skills (e-mail, word, excel, power point)
