• Oversee the finance department in the preparation of monthly management reports, annual statutory financial statements, various tax returns and etc. • Maintain proper financial controls which includes amongst others, reconciliations with proper audit trail • Monthly cash flow forecasting, monitoring and managing the cash position • Supervise the accounts payable function • Manage the relationship with banks, local tax authorities, auditors and government agencies. • Ensure compliance with local regulations. • Analyze current financial performance, actual versus budget and prior year data. • Assists Operations team in Monthly Operations Review. • Identify areas for cost reductions and operational improvements. • Provide analysis to Operations team. • Develop and monitor departmental budgets. • Ask relevant managers for clarification when their departmental expenses have surpassed the established budget. • Others assigned by CFO, Country Managing Director

• CPA or CPD qualified (CPA is a plus but not a must have) • At least 3 years’ experience managing a team of at least 1 to 3 staff. Total experience of at least 7 years. • Commercial accounting experience or audit experience (We accept experience from small accounting/ audit firms) • Multinational company experience is a plus. • No need to be from financial services background (but having Bank of Thailand reporting or financial services/banking experience would be a big plus). • Need someone who is versatile, committed, and hands-on as this is a very broad responsibility role. • You are curious, hungry and are committed to bringing innovation and continuous improvement. • You are able to strike an unmatched balance between business requirements and people needs; You care! • You have exceptional communication skills, ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly. • You can work well under pressure and strive to meet timelines with no exception. • Good command of English (spoken and written).
