หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation. 2. Deliver superior guest services and staff training, ensuring to maximize guest satisfaction. 3. Plan and develop an overall restaurant marketing strategy with the Marketing and Management team. 4. Monitor the admin or respond to all the restaurant’s inquiries in Social Media (Facebook Page, Instagram, and Line Official Account) with the correct information and proper way of communication. 5. Check and review all the reservation and deposit payment collection from admin. 6. Response to all emails for the inquiry to the restaurant. 7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints. 8. Organize and supervise shifts, to lead the staff efficiently operating during service hours. 9. Manage restaurant general supplies, forecast requirements and maintain inventory. Also, Control costs and minimize waste. 10. Nurture a positive working environment. 11. Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales 12. Create Daily Report for Management Team. 13. Provide administrative and general support to the Executive Chef & Management Team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Requirements: 1. Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel is a must) 3. Professional attitude and appearance 4. Solid Thai & English written and verbal communication skills are a must 5. Excellent management, problem-solving and organizational skills 6. Customer service attitude 7. Good in Japanese would be the advantage for consideration
