R&D Process Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Conduct research and design production machinery system for NPD projects. • Offer technical advice and training to co-management staff to improve product quality when needed. • Serve as the technical lead to collaborate closely with co-management in delivering new product design as per company requirements. • Improve existing products manufacturing with better production efficiency and cost reduction including maximum levels of profitability for the company. • Initiate the exploration of new techniques and materials to support the factory’s overall product range and coordinate effectively with external suppliers and R&D team and for cohesive actions. • Work closely with R&D, QA, Packaging and related disciplines to build a customized timeline for qualifying new co-manufacturers and new products. • Create related 2D drawings, configuration charts and specifications. • Perform R&D tasks assigned by the R&D Manager on a day-to-day basis, breaking down tasks into project jobs to achieve department goals. • Collaborate with the R&D team to design and develop solutions that align with NPD projects. • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in NPD products and propose innovative solutions. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, production, and quality control.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor degree or above in Engineering background such as Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, Food Engineering, Food Manufacturing or related fields. • Minimum 3-5 years of R&D experience Design Engineer, Production planning, Process Engineer in Food packaging service industry. • Experience in leading projects and strategic planning. • Work with machine and mold for testing and finding the results. • Engineering and R&D skills. • Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Experience with auto CAD will be advantageous. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Proficient in spoken and written English, with strong reading skills.
