• Develop your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education
• Develop business opportunities and sales pipeline which leads to sales closure and achieve sales targets
• Lead and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Provide professional consultation and advice customers on suitable products
• Support the sales team and ensure that they can meet the team's performance
• Other tasks as assigned
