• Job Description: - Responsible for contacting media, advertising, job search - Responsible for planning recruiting Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications. - Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. - Find information about job search sources - Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. - Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions - Select applications and arrange job interviews - Coordinate the agency, interview, select Follow up on interview results. Know the results through interviews. Appoint employees to start work and sign employment contracts - Providing recruitment reports daily and weekly to team managers

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualification: · Bachelor's Degree in any fields · Minimum 3 years experience in Recruitment or Recruitment Agency · Proven experience in mass recruitment with sale position · Good problem-solving and analytical skills · Strong in stakeholder management, candidate management and negotiation skills · Good coordination and facilitation skills Able to work independently and work well under press · Excellent English communication skills · Experience in the Japanese employment sector is an advantage.
