Sales Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Conduct or prepare any research that the reporting manager may require. • Produce reports on sales activity and agent’s target performance vs targets. • Produce sales commission report. • Produce time attendance report. • Assist in coordinating with the sales department located overseas. • Stay up-to-date with new products. • Carefully check all reports and ensure all details are updated in the system. • Work closely with colleagues from other departments and offices. • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Experience in administration and sales information may be advantageous. • Strong in Excel: Pivot Table and V look up. • Intermediate Word, and PowerPoint skills. • Detail-oriented and careful. • Excellent team working, interpersonal, communication, and service mind. • Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking skills, with a sense of urgency. • Good command of English, both written & spoken. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
