⁃ Work with sales and online Marketing team to achieve company set sales and marketing goals ⁃ Handle customer service after sales team has completed sales. ⁃ Work with accounting team to make sure each month’s accounting is done properly and on time. invoice, taxes and PND’s. ⁃ Schedule cleaning with clients. (Including Parking) ⁃ Managing crew’s sanitization schedule. ⁃ Answering Clients questions about service. ⁃ Following up on clients Satisfaction. ⁃ Make Monthly report to shareholders, ⁃ Hiring New crew. ⁃ Make sure crew are always on time. ⁃ Motivate Crew to be better at their jobs.
