หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Account Receivable;
• • Maintain customer contract and master file
• • Constantly follow up the collection from the customer
• • Prepare weekly forecast of AR collection
• • Maintain proper record of receipt from customer
• • Record the receipt into the accounting system with accuracy and correctness
• • Monthly reconciliation of money receipt, including reconciliation of WHT receipt from the hospital
• • Deal with customers regarding invoice and collection matters
• • Cooperate with the PSR for cheque collection
• • Responsible for correctness of the AR report and reconcile with the balance sheet
• • Issuance of invoice
• • Maintain organized records of customer purchase orders
• • Ensure that sales are according to the standard price list
• • Prepare sales reports accurately and on time as specified by the supervisor
• • Proper filing of invoice copies according to company procedure and for VAT submission to the Revenue Department
• • Follow up for the collection of Bank Guarantee when expired
• • Maintain neat and proper filing of all documents relating to area of responsibility
• • Neat with a proper filing system
• • Assist team member when needed
