Customer Service

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Communicate with and assist foreign customers (with support from mechanics)
• Follow up on customer payments and vehicle transfers
• Keep track of oil change schedules, insurance renewals (Por Ror Bor), and vehicle condition checks
• Ensure all bikes are in good condition and ready for delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Age 30 and above
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Able to work well under pressure
• Passionate about customer service and able to communicate well with customers
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Good at using computer such as Microsoft Excel, Words
