หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• RESPONSIBILITIES - support projects according to timeline and budget. - Install, monitor and maintain products including hardware, software, networks, systems and any applications for clients. - Create documents related to the project such as the project proposal progress report, and product manual. - Report project progress, issues, and solutions. - Implement and support projects both pre/post-sales. - Take care of all the technical support and training. - Coordinate with partners and suppliers both in Thai and English. - Understand project requirements and prepare proposals accordingly.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Science, Computer Science, IT or related fields. - Work experience of at least 2 years in LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, IT support. - Good command of English. - Good learner and positive attitude. - Able to work on holidays or non-business time depending on assigned projects.
