IT System Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Provides high-level technical expertise in support of pre-sales activities. • Lead in the analysis, design, development and implementation of servers/networking solutions, providing simple but effective scalability, performance, and reliability. • Develop systems management processes with monitoring, backups, and support mechanisms. • Develop, deploy, and enforce excellent cybersecurity policies that satisfy business objectives. • Makes technical presentations to customer's senior management and technical team. • Perform OS hardening, patching, remediation and performance tuning, capacity management and monitoring. • Develops technical documentation. • Providing level 3 support to the technical team including FEs and Help Desk Technicians.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • 2-3 years experiences in System Engineer. • Possesses strong, detailed product/technology/industry knowledge. • Deep expertise in systems, virtualization, network technologies and architectures. • Windows Server 2012, 2012 R2, 2016, 2019 – administration, configuration, and deployment • Demonstrated on-the-job experience designing, configuring, maintaining, integrating, clustering and managing physical and virtual servers in a deployment, test, and production environment. • Candidate must have an aptitude to work on complex projects while possessing organization, time management, and multitasking skills. • Experience with Cloud architecture is a plus. • Good command in English (both communication and written) • Cisco, VMWare, and Microsoft Certification desired. • Thai nationality
