Technical Support Officer (IT)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: • Provides technical support on computer hardware and software in a corporate network environment. • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. • Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. • Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. • Reports to Project Director

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a related area and 1 - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. • Working English communication skill. • Good technical knowledge in computer hardware and software. • Mature, reliable, service oriented, and have ability to work under pressures.
