หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1) Review prices/ invoices with oil companies, Biofuel, and Ethanol partners to ensure that pricing and invoices are correct. 2) Produce ธพ.ธ 411-412 for off-spec product purchase/sale for submit to Department of Energy Business. 3) Produce ธพ.ธ 413 report to submit to Department of Energy Business. 4) Raise credit note and debit note request and liaising with payment team in Kuala Lumpur to further process. 5) Support Dealmaking team with logistics arrangement. 6) Support Dealmaking team for new year gifts ordering and administrative work. 7) Other job assignment. Qualifications : 1) Female, not over 30 years old 2) Bachelor degree in any field 3) At least 2-3 year experiences in any business. Oil & gas experiences and skill in accounting documents are preferable. 4) Good spoken and written English communication skill 5) Knowledge of software package - MS excel, MS Word 6) Good mathematical calculation skill
