Human Resource officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• HR management - Managing recruiting process and support new employees before and after entering such us registration and orientation - Maintain HR policies and IT systems and develop working calendar - Manage retirement and resignation of employees HR information - Perform payroll payment activities including coordinating with entity, entering information, reviewing the completeness of payroll information, sending data to payroll outsourcer, and correspond for clarification as necessary - Prepare group insurance, social security, provident fund for employees, visa and work permits arrangement for employees - Gather information and assist supervisor to compile report in work progress and issues regarding human resource - Communicate with related stakeholders - Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Sciences, or related fields - Working experience as HR over 2-5 years - Having fundamental knowledge like labor low, personal income tax, HR operation, people development, recruiting/resignation process, selection tools, and payroll system. - Conversational high level of English - Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
