SSHE Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description : - Support the Operations Manager with coordinating and implementing of effective SSHE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met. - Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues. - Support the Operations Manager in ensuring SSHE compliance and perform regular SSHE audits in the areas of business. - Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on SSHE related matters. - Support to the department on the implementation of Company-wide SSHE initiatives e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc. - Assist to develop specific project SSHE procedures. - Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the Operations Manager for promulgation to the management - Maintain and Develop technical network and good relationship among professional disciplines and external parties to optimize good cooperation and support. - Maintain and update a log of accidents, near misses, and unsafe acts and conditions. - Handle Safety Statistic reporting within Thailand and international standard. Track and provide regular SSHE performance reporting to the Department head. - Provide SSHE aspects of Company Bid Submissions as requested. - Ensure all worksites are SSHE complaint with Company policies and safety standards. - Conduct SSHE training related to operational safety i.e. Incident Reporting & Investigation - CTA, BBS/Safety Observation & Communication, and Job Safety Analysis etc. - Assist in SSHE tasks/projects as required.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualification : - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety Science. - Possess certification in Safety professional register of Thai Labor law / occupational Health and Safety. - Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas-Offshore Construction & Marine, drilling Industry or any field - Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. - Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Words and Power point. - Able to work independently and meticulous. - Good command of English and communication skills
