Quality Analyst (Social Media Platform)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Check the quality of work of employees and analysis of preventive measures on online videos platform - Evaluate the performance of the employees - Coordinate between the organization and customers - Perform daily tasks such as reports with customers, handling escalations, queue assignment - Provide example case studies, and assist on any ad-hoc tasks - Stay up to date with policy - Issue to employee warning notice for employee's wrongdoing, such as unprofessional behavior, failure to adhere to company policies

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Experience: QA in any related field, Data analysis - Skill & Knowledge: Root cause analysis and feedback, Fluent in English. - Age 25-35 years old - Coaching skill - Good communication skills in English - Ability to use MS Office - Ability to analyze and present - Able to work in shifts - High responsibility and works well under pressure
