Inside Sales Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Actively engage with potential customers through phone, email, and online platforms to promote company products and services.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through research and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value to clients.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (inside sales experience is an advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with sales processes and lead generation techniques.
• Fluent in Thai and good command of English (spoken and written).
