หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Greet, welcome and direct customers as suggested appropriately - Maintains basic obedience and report to manager when action is needed - Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries - Informs and encourage purchase to visitors about the basic of the product and merchandise - Call to the space corresponding to the issue relating to sale, admin, manager and production - Executing logbooks relating customer data, customer entry, visitor entry - Keeps a safe and clean area by complying with procedures, rules and regulation including requesting cleaner when needed - Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed - Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communication. - Provides positive customer experience with fair, friendly and courteous service - Registers sales on case register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers’ purchases - Resolves customer issues and answers questions including return and refund according to policies - Generate documents relating purchases including tax relating subjects - Aware about sale price, coupons and price changes - Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.
