• • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop innovative solutions leveraging Microsoft Cloud and Security offerings. • Conduct thorough assessments of customer environments, identifying pain points, security risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Design and architect end-to-end solutions that align with customers' business goals and deliver maximum value. • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions. • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle, addressing customer inquiries, overcoming objections, and ensuring smooth project implementation. • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful solution delivery, providing technical oversight and guidance. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Cloud and Security technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and share this knowledge with internal teams and customers. • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships and establishing long-term partnerships. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create technical content, such as whitepapers, blogs, and case studies, to showcase our expertise and thought leadership.
