หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Duties and responsibilities: •Provides effective and efficient general HR administrative support such as Recruitment – Employment, Probation, Training Coordinator, Rule & Regulation, Employee Benefit, etc. •Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process such as screening and evaluating job application, sourcing, job advertising, interviewing and employment contract to select the right candidates. •Manage time attendance & welfare for all employees in DC and coordinate with HR compensation & Benefit at HQ in order to ensure all records are accurate. •Monitor and coordinate with subcontract agency •Responsible for the entire facilities management related matters on ensuring the facility/property are ready to use. •Follow up all problems occurring in responsible area and implement effective corrective action

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's Degree in any fields. - At least 4 year working experiences in HR Field - Have experience in general HR in Distribution Center is preferable -Computer literacy -Energetic, high responsibility, good interpersonal skill, positive thinking and self-motivated -Must align with TD culture
