Field Audit Team Management Department Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Disciplinary control of field audit team • Audit planning and equipment management for field audit team • Monitoring of audit results and alert for uncommon situation with meaningful feedback for improvement • Control, monitoring, management and optimization of relevant audit cost according to company targets • Setup and improvement of audit process in order to increase the productivity • Capacity planning • Report the status & activity of field audit team to management on regular basis (issues, obstacles, cost & budget, performance) • Performance evaluation of regional audit team lead

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration or related field • Minimum 7 years working experience, preferably in field workforce control and team management • Experience in auditing or process control would be a plus • Strong planning and management skills • Strong communication and coordination skills • Be honest and responsible
