• Job Description Duties and responsibilities: Oversee the data and analysis study to ensure the information provided to management is accurate and most beneficial to the organization Develop and use analysis skill to turn insight information to be sales forecast Track all stores performance to understand trend and issues Participate in creating screening criteria, scoring model for site assessment Review relevant factors of new and existing stores to build insightful report Monitor competitor movement, particularly in retail market by gathering data from property media sources and on-site survey Provide a report and recommendation on an acquisition of new store to the Management Supervise, coach, and review performance of subordinates Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or related fields 1-4 years of work experience in property acquisition, preferably retail background Good analytic and presentation skills Well organized, detail-oriented, good strategic planning, and implementation skills. Able to handle multiple projects at the same time Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience working in a fast-paced and pro-active environment Able to travel upcountry and Have a valid driving license Excellent written and spoken in English and Computer literacy and Mapinfo Able to align with TD culture Have an Entrepreneurial Spirit Be Agile Dare to be Different Open and Challenge Strive for the team and greater purpose
