Accounting Supervisor – Partner (AP & AR)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Handling and responsible for overall accounting functions. • Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss and calculate the benefit. • Responsible for monthly partner benefits payment. • Prepare Invoice, Tax Invoice and Credit note. • Responsible debt collection. • Check pay in of daily sales and follow up. • In charge of the detail recording, classification of revenues, costing and expenses to SAP. • Reviewing sales VAT reports and purchase VAT reports for monthly VAT filing to the Revenue Department • Ensure all accounting functions are in compliance with company policies

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Aged not over 35 years old. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounting (AP & AR) • Direct experience in Retailer, Hypermarket, or FMCG is preferable • Experience in SAP. • Good basic Tax knowledge. • Good leadership skills with strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Good team management skills to bring the team together and align in the right direction • Strong abilities in MS Excel (using formulas), MS Word and MS Power Point. • Good command both of spoken and written English.
