Sourcing and Procurement Supervisor (Fixed Asset Imported) ด่วน

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Coordinate purchasing activities in category of fixed asset with manufacturing, import team and end user to acquire inventory and services in a cost-effect and timely manner • Searching and selecting new suppliers to improve product quality • Arranging purchase documents, including follow-up and inspection of product delivery. • Strategy sourcing with saving initiative. • Prepare Price comparison. • Be primary point of contact for normal and or urgent request. • Maintain and update relevant internal documents and databases; keep track of any relevant contractual agreements. • Ability to manage multiple task and priorities. • Others instruction from supervisor/Manager

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields • 3-5 years' direct working experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Import-Export, Freight Forwarder in category of fixed asset • Retail, FMCG, Shipping, Import-Export, Freight Forwarder business is preferable • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills • Active, energetic, can-do attitude, and multi-task skills • Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese • Good in computer literacy, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint
