Sourcing & Procurement Supervisor (Engineering Project)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Strategy sourcing with saving initiative. • Source to contract including negotiate, sourcing event with suppliers according to specification and make alignment with Stakeholders. • Prepare price comparison. • Be primary point of contact for normal and or urgent request. • Maintain and update relevant internal documents and databases; keep track of any relevant contractual agreements. • Ability to manage multiple task and priorities. • Others instruction from Head of Department

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in Civil Engineering • 5+ years' experience in Procurement Engineer, Project Engineer, Supply Chain. • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in purchasing and procurement • Must have experience and strong knowledge & understanding in sourcing and procurement management of warehouse/ distribution center (DC) • Inspection, monitoring BOQ, costing breakdown, and evaluation potential suppliers • Can-do attitude, in depth of implementation manner, and be passionate in start-up company • Active, energetic, open for the new things, and multi-task skills • Be a positive and flexible person • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills • Strong computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Power Point) • Able to work in up-country occasionally
