Loss Prevention Manager (Debt Collection)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Manage notify our partners of delinquent accounts telephone in order to solicit payment • Design report/dashboard and monitor collection key measurements and risk mitigation performance of partners and ensure that appropriated actions are promptly taken if necessary. • Monitor and report are necessary as a monthly basis. • Ensure collection policy/procedure followed Compliance and Regulatory requirement. • Manages required service levels and performance goals of assigned support staff. Uses expert negotiation skills to resolve escalated calls. Trains and coaches for staffs. • Guide support staff in achieving resolutions for complex problems that are consistent with established procedures and policies. • Contributes to all training and development needs for assigned personnel. May evaluates subordinates' performance and make recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc. • Provide and Initiative on new system, tools and process to ensure fully as efficiency. • Other tasks by assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields. • At least 5 years’ working experiences preferably in debt and/or loan collection • Direct experiences in banking, finance, retail, hypermarket is a must • Good leadership skills and interpersonal skills • Good analytical, data visualization and presentation skills.
